We're just a couple of ordinary Mom's & we just so happen to be neighbors and good friends! Of course we have a love for exercising but we also have been blessed with so many good things in our lives. We've organized the Pay It Forward Fun Run, as our way for saying Thank You to anyone that has ever given us a hand. It is our hope to hold an annual fun run and raise money for someone in need in our community.

The proceeds from the 2009 Pay It Forward Fun Run will be donated to a local family. Kari is a 35 year old sweet lady who recently has been diagnosed with breast cancer. The Oncology department tell us she is such a joy to have around. Even though she is sick herself, she comes in with a uplifting spirit and cheers on all the other patients!

Cost: 5K- $20 before Aug. 31st(includes t-shirt), $25 after the 31st deadline.(t-shirt not guaranteed)
1Mile- $12 before Aug. 31st (includes t-shirt), $15 after the 31st deadline.(t-shirt not guaranteed)
7:30- Check- In and Late Registration begins
9:00- 5K Race Start Time, PLEASE ARRIVE 1 Hour EARLY TO CHECK IN.
10:00- 1Mile Fun Run

Date: Saturday September 18, 2010
Time: Check In/ Late Registration- 7:30AM
5K Race begins 9AM, please arrive by 8 am to check-in
1Mile Run begins following 5K race @ 10am.
Located in the new, Hawks Landing Subdivision 6484 E Sunnyside Rd.
The course starts and finishes at the model homes. Most of the 5k is on paved paths and sidewalks, with a little trail run in the middle. The course does a figure eight, so for those who are cheering on the participants, it will be fun and easy! Walkers are welcome! After the race we will be serving free Jamba Juice Smoothies for all participants and hope you will take a look at the model homes at Hawks Landing. You could also check out their brand new Tot Lot and Bocce Ball Court! It will be a fun event for the whole family! Thanks for your support and good luck!"

If the waiver is not signed the registration form will be returned I know that running a race is a potentially hazardous activity and that I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume all risks associated with running in this event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants and wildlife, the effects of the weather, including cold and/or rain or snow, traffic and the conditions of the road and path, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the organizers of the Pay It Forward Fun Run, City of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Destination Homes/Hawks Landing, and all other sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. Further, I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for legitimate purposes.
